1. Pricing and shipping
Spain - Peninsula and Balearic Islands-: Including taxes, fees and courier shipping costs.
If you wish to purchase more than two instruments, before placing the order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to adjust the courier costs and invoice you accordingly***.
IMPORTANT: Shipping costs by courier:
- Canary Islands: to be determined according to order.
- Outside Spain
To correctly process your purchase you must contact us by email at email@example.com. Please send the shipping address with zip code to request a shipping quote. We will inform you of the additional shipping costs. Once we get your confirmation we will send you the complete PayPal invoice.
Online: by credit card or bank transfer through PayPal.
Offline or Traditional: please contact us by email. Payment by bank transfer.
Prices include taxes and fees.
Prices are valid except in case of error and may be revised and modified at any time without notice.
Delivery times. Valid only for Spain (Peninsula): the order will be received in the following 24-48 hours after the shipping date. Shipping confirmation will be sent.

The transport is invoiced to the customer, with a cost of determined by the weight/volume of the packaging of the article. The goods always travel at the risk and expense of the buyer. In cases where, due to the absence of the buyer at the place of delivery specified in the purchase process, a second or third delivery may generate additional costs, these costs will be borne by the buyer, always being available the possibility that the customer can pick up your package in the transport company.
Any reservation or complaint must be made by the addressee to the carrier upon receipt of the parcels, in particular if:
- The packages have been altered (broken, damaged or dented), suggesting breakage or theft of goods.
- If you have found abnormal delays in delivery times that would be attributable to the carrier.
Reservations or comments made on the delivery note entitle you to make a claim for transport damage within a maximum period of 24 hours, after which time you lose the right to claim against the carrier.
Carrier's Liability and Replacement Warranty:
In case of making a claim to the carrier and find that by their responsibility the article has been damaged, the customer must immediately contact Hemisferium. Instrumentos Científicos Antiguos S.L. via email(email@example.com) and send:
A. Copy of the claim made to the carrier, and, if possible
B. Photos of the damaged package and the affected item.
Only in this case, and only if the prior requirement of the claim to the carrier is satisfied, will the Warranty of replacement due to defect of origin or manufacture apply.
The return of any goods shall require the agreement of both parties.
Hemisferium. Instrumentos Científicos Antiguos S.L. reserves the right to demand a compensation to compensate the possible damages suffered by the merchandise, as well as to recover the direct expenses caused by the return.
Hemisferium. Instrumentos Científicos Antiguos, S.L. will only accept the return of the merchandise if:
1-Within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, the buyer exercises his right of return or cancellation.
Hemisferium. Instrumentos Científicos Antiguos S.L. will accept the exercise of the mentioned right only and exclusively when the merchandise was in the same state in which it was delivered and ready for the sale, with its corresponding original packing and in perfect state.
2- If the merchandise is defective in origin, according to the Law of Defective Products (see Defective Articles and Replacement Guarantee) Hemisferium. Instrumentos Científicos Antiguos S.L. will proceed to immediately replace the product with an identical one, once received the defective product in its original packaging. (See also section of Responsibility of the carrier).
3- Hemisferium. Instrumentos Científicos Antiguos S.L. will also proceed to return the amount of the merchandise when for reasons not attributable (whether direct or indirect) to it, it is unable to serve it. (See Delivery Period - Stock rupture).
4- Hemisferium. Instrumentos Científicos Antiguos S.L. will accept the return of the merchandise when for causes attributable to it, the requested product does not correspond with the one requested by the client and, previous reception in perfect state of the wrong article, will proceed to the shipment of the correct article.
5- Customizations. Hemisferium. Instrumentos Científicos Antiguos S.L. will not accept the return of those products that have been personalized in any way at the request of the customer, and therefore have been produced especially for him.
In case of controversy or conflict that may arise from the interpretation or enforcement of these Special Conditions of Purchase, they will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
Steps to follow:
1- Request the return via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by the courier. Please, inform in this email about your order and the reason why you are returning the item.
Once we receive your request for return, we will contact you to tell you the steps to follow in the return.
2- Then, and always within 5 working days of your request, our courier company will pick up the item at the place you indicate.
Return costs: transport costs will be paid by the customer.
3- Prepare the package to be picked up in its original packaging, and make sure that the item and its presentation are in perfect condition. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted.
4- Once the item has been received at our offices it will be thoroughly inspected. We will send you an email informing you of the acceptance of the return.
5- From this date, HEMISFERIUM has 30 working days to reimburse the amount of the purchase except the return transport costs.
The return costs will not be charged if HEMISFERIUM is responsible for the reason for returning the product.
The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.
6- If any of these conditions are not met, we will contact you to offer you the option of returning the items that have not been accepted. All costs generated by this return, including the transport of these items, will be borne by you. If you do not accept this option, HEMISFERIUM can keep the items and the amount thereof.
